My twin's club is looking for a lawyer to put together the paperwork (501(c)3) for becoming an official non-profit, since we are thinking about breaking away from the national organization.
Anyone know of a lawyer that has that specialty that would not break the bank? Probably just need a couple of hours worth of work.
