Carpet cleaning recommendation?

Location: Cupertino, CA

Our berber carpeting could use another cleaning.

Last time we went with a Stanley Steemer franchise (not sure which one) but I wasn't very happy with them -- they refused to move anything at all and the carpets seemed dirty again not too long afterward.

Any recommendations? Thanks!

My wife likes the folks who've been cleaning our carpets for 14 years. The company name is Chem-Dry of Vizklean. Mr Young can be reached at 408-209-6634. They are very prompt, Mr Young comes with his wife and they do a thorough job. Good luck.

Thanks, we'll give them a call. Perfect timing too -- somehow the kids tracked red paint across the carpets yesterday!

We have used them since we moved here for something like 16 years and have always been happy with them.

We had Mr. Young come over and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. The Chem-Dry approach also dried much faster than the regular steam clean.
